Ingredients: 3-4 cod fish bones, one octopus, half a white radish, 400 grams of pork ribs, 2 liters of water
practice:
1. Peel the white radish and cut into pieces; wash the cod bones and octopus (cut into strips), wash and blanch the ribs, drain and set aside.

Tips: It’s okay to fry the octopus until shrunken/some burnt; the fish bones and octopus are fried to bring out the full aroma, which is the essence of this soup.
