Cod Fish Bone Octopus Soup for Calcium, Qi and Blood (Serves 4)

Ingredients: 3-4 cod fish bones, one octopus, half a white radish, 400 grams of pork ribs, 2 liters of water

practice:

1. Peel the white radish and cut into pieces; wash the cod bones and octopus (cut into strips), wash and blanch the ribs, drain and set aside.

2. Pour a little oil into the wok, fry the cod fish bones and octopus until fragrant; add boiling water, cook until boiling, add pork ribs and white radish, turn to medium-low heat and cook for 40 minutes, and serve.

Tips: It’s okay to fry the octopus until shrunken/some burnt; the fish bones and octopus are fried to bring out the full aroma, which is the essence of this soup.
