鱈鰵魚骨章魚補鈣補氣血湯 (4人份) - On Hing Dry Seafood

 

材料:鱈鰵魚骨3-4條、章魚一隻、白蘿蔔半條、排骨400克、水2升

做法:

1. 白蘿蔔去皮切成塊;洗淨鱈鰵魚骨及章魚(剪成條)洗淨、排骨汆水瀝乾備用。

2. 倒少許油落鑊,將鱈鰵魚骨及章魚煎香;加入滾水,煲至滾起,放入排骨及白蘿蔔,轉中小火煲40分鐘,即成。

小提示: 章魚煎至縮起/ 有些焦都沒問題;魚骨及章魚煎出全部香味就是這個湯的精髓。
