浸發方法

  1. 將乾的貴妃參浸泡在乾淨水中並放置在冰箱裡面2天,讓貴妃參里外充分吸收水分
  2. 浸泡完取出海參,將海參隔水蒸約60分鐘後放置在冰水(或者放置在冰箱裡面浸泡冷水)裡面浸泡1天
  3. 浸泡一天后的海參,將海參腸清理後再泡冰水一天(或者放置在冰箱裡面浸泡冷水)

PS: 如果喜歡更軟的口感,可繼續重複上面的方法。

     

    注意事項

    1. 浸泡海參器皿必須乾淨無油,不然海參會感染細菌,從而影響海參泡發
    2. 浸泡海參時候必須浸泡在冰水里或者放在冰箱裡面,不然海參會感染細菌,從而影響海參泡發
    3. 盡量用隔水蒸的方法,不要用熱水煮.因為在沸水中海參與海參會相互摩擦/沸水氣泡與海參表皮摩擦,從而海參表皮有機會磨損脫落
