Qantas Air Transport Information (Frozen Cargo)
Qantas Airways provides frozen cold chain freight. Through air transport, we can send frozen products to airports in major cities in Australia.
Customers need to go to Qantas Logistics Point to pick up the goods (please visit QANTAS FREIGHT WEB LINK for details of the pick-up point)
Self-pickup of goods at Qantas logistics points
Before departure, customers are advised to go to the Qantas official website to check whether the goods have arrived at the port and the pickup time (opening hours are different on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays)
After customers receive the goods, please immediately put them back into the freezer (-18°C) for storage. If there are quality problems, please contact customer service within 24 hours. Overdue orders will not be processed.

When placing an order, please select the self-pickup option and write the delivery address in the remarks.
After placing the order, please contact customer service immediately and inform customer service of the order number.
Customer service will respond to Qantas Airways shipping logistics charges based on the weight of the order and the location of the destination port.
Please pay the air freight by bank transfer or telephone credit card. The customer service will immediately arrange for Qantas Airways to send the goods to the destination port and send the air freight tracking number (AWB) to the customer's mailbox.
Qantas Air Freight Logistics will process it within 1-2 working days. Orders may take a little longer to process during holidays/very busy periods
