  1. 將乾的花膠用清水洗淨然後放入冰水中浸泡,存儲在冰箱的冷藏室過夜。
  2. 第二天再拿浸泡好的魚膠隔水蒸十五分鐘,讓其自然冷卻後,再將蒸好的魚膠放入冰水浸泡,存儲在冰箱的冷藏室過夜。 ️
  3. 第三天拿魚膠出來稱重,安興號的花膠發泡率應該是1比3-5之間。若達到此數據即可食用或將魚膠急凍備用。如果第三天稱重還未達標,再換清水浸泡並存儲冰箱冷藏室過夜。
