practice:

  1. Wash dried shrimp, soak in warm water; soak dried chili in hot water
  2. Garlic and shallots are peeled and set aside, chili cubes ( you can dig out the chili seeds to reduce the spiciness )
  3. Drain the dried shrimps in water ( reserve the dried shrimps water to cook other dishes / make soup base ) break half of the dried shrimps into pieces, and keep the other half as original grains; drain the dried chilies in water
  4. Add garlic and dried onion to the blender and stir until smooth; add dried chili in 3 times, stir smoothly, add chili and stir smoothly
  5. Pour the smooth sambal paste into the pot, keep the heat low and medium, keep stirring to prevent burning
  6. Add chopped dried shrimp, dried dried shrimp, stir-fry evenly, and finally stir-fry until fragrant ( about 10-15 minutes )
