Stir-fried Ginseng with Scallions

蔥爆炒貴妃參 - On Hing Dry Seafood

Material:

200-250g of concubine ginseng (used half a pack) 3 slices of ginger, 2 stalks of green onion, some chicken in soup, 2-3 teaspoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of white sesame seeds, 1-2 teaspoons of sesame oil, half teaspoon of sesame oil

practice:

  1. Guifei ginseng cut into pieces/strips; soup chicken shredded.
  2. Add oil and sauté ginger slices, add ginseng and stir-fry quickly; add shredded chicken, add soy sauce and stir-fry quickly, put green onions and turn off the heat and stir-fry well.
  3. Put 2 on a plate, use a small wok to toast the white sesame seeds and sprinkle the noodles, and finally drizzle with sesame oil to finish.

*If you like spicy, you can add chili/bean paste to taste after sautéing ginger slices.
