Today’s highlight is Poon Choi

It adds a lot of color to the simple New Year’s Eve banquet

I used the Poon Choi packaged by @安兴豪

No need to defrost, just add 150ml of water and boil

It contains shark fin bone soup base, oysters, scallops, fish maw, sea cucumbers, and shark fins.

I also added broccoli and shrimp myself
