Frozen Fish Maw Tube
- Description
Tube-shaped fish maw, made from the swim bladder of the barramundi, is characterized by its distinct "human" pattern. It boasts a rich fishy aroma, the softest and most tender texture, a thick body, and a high gelatinous content, making it extremely sticky. This tubular shape differs from the usual sheet-shaped maw, and its production and processing are significantly more difficult, thus commanding a higher price.

- Specifications: Approximately 3-4 pieces per 250g
- Texture: The meat is quite tender, with the most collagen and the highest viscosity.
- Nutritional components: Contains highly viscous collagen and mucopolysaccharides, and is rich in protein, amino acids, phosphorus, calcium, and other trace elements.
- Efficacy: It has the effects of beautifying the skin and anti-aging, promoting wound healing, tonifying the kidneys and replenishing essence, and enhancing immunity and digestive function.
The product has been cleaned and soaked; simply thaw it before cooking.
