- Description
Tubular fish maw, made from the maw of barramundi, is characterized by its distinct "human" pattern. It boasts a rich fishy aroma, a soft and glutinous texture, and a thick, gelatinous texture, resulting in a particularly sticky texture. This tubular fish maw differs from the typical flaky variety and is extremely difficult to produce and process, resulting in a higher value.
