材料:鱈鰵魚骨100g,薑4片,蔥白4段(可選),油2湯匙,白醋半湯匙,水2L

做法:

  1. 先將鱈鰵魚骨洗淨掠乾。
  2. 鍋中放入油,薑片及魚骨,翻炒2-3分鐘,加入2L滾水及白醋。
  3. 得到奶白色湯後,再煮20分鐘即可使用。
