[Autumn and Winter] How to make frozen fish maw: Make up for your family this autumn!

【秋冬篇】急凍花膠做法: 這個秋天給自己的家人補一補! - On Hing Dry Seafood

Fish maw is rich in collagen, which is an indispensable element for the body to restore and repair. It also contains phosphorus, calcium and other vitamins, which can nourish yin and kidneys, enhance immunity and skin care. If you have just had surgery, it can also promote wound recovery during confinement. In Australia, in the southern hemisphere, the weather starts to get colder in April and May. In autumn, the best time is to nourish yourself! The epidemic has not yet completely passed. Many people stay at home and cook more than before. People who don’t usually cook have become little chefs one after another. If you feel that the steps for making fish maw are complicated, you can also try frozen fish maw, which can be eaten as soon as it is defrosted, which is very convenient.

This time we recommend 3 nourishing soup recipes for autumn and winter. Each one is stewed with frozen fish maw. Give it to your family this Mother’s Day!
