特級鯊魚翅骨一份,排骨 500g,白蘿蔔1個,生薑 2-3片,水 3L
 
做法:
  1. 蘿蔔洗淨切塊,準用; 排骨洗淨氽水。
  2. 特級鯊魚翅骨和蘿蔔放入燉好的排骨湯中明火煲兩至三小時即成。
