Both the striped sea cucumber and the golden sand sea cucumber are considered medium-sized sea cucumbers, slightly larger than the sea cucumber. Both have thicker, more fleshy bodies. So, what are the differences between them? Which variety is better?
In fact, the two sea cucumbers, A. truncatum and A. truncatum, are closely related sea cucumbers of the same species, differing primarily in their texture and appearance. A. truncatum has a soft, thick, grayish-black flesh with distinct lines; in contrast, A. truncatum has a firm, golden-yellow flesh with a rough surface.
Is it less effective than sea cucumbers? No! Larger sea cucumbers take longer to grow, so they absorb more nutrients from the seabed. As for which type of sea cucumber is better, they're both pretty much the same; it all depends on your taste.
