Materials: 250G Anxing frozen golden hook fins, 250G frozen New Zealand fish maw, 1KG braised abalone sauce

practice:

1 There is no need to thaw the braised abalone juice, just take it apart and add 100m water, heat to boil
2 Add the frozen golden hook fins and New Zealand fish maw and heat for 3 minutes before serving

*Braised abalone juice does not need to be thawed. Frozen golden hook fins and frozen New Zealand fish maw are taken out of the freezer before use, and placed in a fresh-keeping layer to thaw at low temperature (thawing at low temperature can best preserve the gelatin of the product)
