Stir-fried Brussels Sprouts with Frozen Australian Ginseng

Material: 1 Australian Frozen Royal Ginseng  200g Brussels sprouts ¼ purple onion

practice:
  1. Australian frozen ginseng is thawed in the fresh-keeping layer one night in advance, and can be used directly after thawing completely, and cut into pieces with an oblique knife.
  2. Boil a pot of hot water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, put in the washed Brussels sprouts and blanch for 5 minutes, remove and dry for later use ; put the blanched Brussels sprouts in a hot oil pan and stir-fry until golden brown, add chaise Stir-fry ginseng quickly; finally add purple onion and stir-fry quickly.
  3. Serve right out of the pan, or you can add your favorite toppings ( such as oyster sauce / soy sauce / bean paste⋯ ) .

hint

  • Frozen seafood has been cleaned and gutted; use directly after thawing.
  • After adding the purple onion, turn off the heat to remove the grassy and choking smell while maintaining a crisp taste.
