白玉江瑤

白玉江瑤 - On Hing Dry Seafood

材料:白蘿蔔切成3cm厚8個、蒜頭2個、日本乾元貝L號8粒、薑3片、鹽小半茶匙、糖半茶匙、豉油1湯匙、料酒1湯匙、生粉2茶匙開水

 做法:

  1. 白蘿蔔挖孔,深度與元貝厚度相約。
  2. 元貝以中小火炸30秒,撈出加熱水蓋過面;再以中小火將蒜頭炸至微黃色,撈出放入元貝水中一同浸發。
  3. 加入薑、鹽、糖及料酒,蒸30分鐘;取出元貝放入白蘿蔔挖孔內,淋上少許蒜頭元貝汁,蒸40分鐘。
  4. 將蒜頭元貝汁及蒸完我蘿蔔水倒入鍋中加豉油煮滾,加入炸蒜及生粉水輕輕推拌。
  5. 淋上芡汁同蒜頭,放上杞子裝飾,即可食用。
