Ingredients: 250g of frozen clear water wings, one free-range chicken or old chicken, 150g of lean meat, 5g of coriander, and an appropriate amount of ginger.
Production Method:
- Lean meat and chicken are splashed with water, remove impurities and set aside.
- Put the lean meat, chicken, and sliced ginger into the pot, put in 3000ml water and cook for 2-3 hours.
- Take out the lean meat and chicken, put in the thawed shark's fin and cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cilantro for extra flavor.
