金沙參 - 泡發出來大大條! - On Hing Dry Seafood

又有客人來給我們回圖了!他這次買的是【澳洲野生金沙參 - M號】,泡發起來都大大條的。客人告訴我們,國內所用的泡發方法跟安興號建議方法不太類近主要用熱水浸泡或水煮過都會導致營養流失,甚至放置室溫都會較為容易導致細菌滋生。

 

請謹記是「冷水浸泡」還有「隔水蒸」,如果可以的話放置在冰箱冷藏著會更好喔!記得已泡發的海味都要放進冷凍庫冰著才能延長保存期,但還是建議盡快吃完喔!還有,我們所建議蒸的時間是有點久安興號的海參都是足乾,需要一點時間讓它發開來吸收水份。

 

客人跟我們分享,他嘗試了我們建議的泡發方法,雖然慢工出細活,但還是覺得澳洲海參泡出來的都比國內的好,還大讚我們的金沙參很Q彈啦!他是日常吃的,一個個小塑料袋分裝好,到時候解凍還有預備好分量就簡單得多啦!
