海参花胶这样做让我一个不爱吃补品的人都入坑了‼️真的太太好吃啦‼️第一次做家人都好评连连,说比外面的好吃~做法超容易,主要是泡发的过程会比较久。

🛍️ @安興號 买的,他们每一盒都附加了小卡片教你怎么泡发,写得都挺清楚的也易懂~

做法🥣:

1⃣️准备好泡发好的海参(提前6天左右开始泡)和花胶(提前2天左右),记得做前2小时再泡一些香菇(香菇的水不要丢,留着备用)

2⃣️锅里中火起油,放入蒜片爆香

3⃣️加入香菇,红枣4颗,水(盖过食材即可)烧开

4⃣️加入高汤少许,蚝油2勺,冰糖少量,生抽2勺搅拌一下并煮至冰糖融化

5⃣️加入海参和花胶,香菇水,再加入一些淀粉水勾芡中大火收汁即可出锅
