Premium shark fin bone white radish pork rib soup (serves 3-4)

Material:
One premium shark fin bone, 500g ribs, 1 white radish, 2-3 slices of ginger, 3L of water

practice:
  1. Wash the radish and cut into pieces, ready to use; wash the pork ribs and soak them in water.
  2. Put the premium shark fin bone and radish into the stewed pork rib soup and simmer for two to three hours.
