Information regarding frozen goods delivery by Qantas Freight
Through the Qantas Freight Service, we can deliver our frozen products to the main Domestic Airports nationwide.

Customers are required to pick up the products at the Qantas Freight Domestic Airport Terminal. The address and opening hours can be found in the Qantas Freight Website as below.
It is important for customers to check the status of the cargo and the opening hours of the terminals before proceeding to pick up. Opening hours may vary during weekends or public holidays.
Please check the items carefully upon arrival and have the product kept frozen (i.e. -18℃). If there is any problem with the product, please contact the customer service representative (CSR), within 24 hours of the receipt of product, overdue will not be accepted.
Please choose 'Self Pick-Up' at the checkout with your detail address filled in the note section.
Please inform the CSR the Order Number after the checkout.
The CSR will confirm the cost of delivery based on the gross weight and destination.
Please pay the freight cost by Bank Transfer or Credit Card through telephone. Once we’ve received the payment, the CSR will arrange the delivery and a confirmation email with the Air-way Bill (AWB) enclosed will be sent to your email accordingly.
Arrangement for the air freight delivery will take approximately 1-2 business days. During peak seasons and promotion period, please allow extra time for your order to be processed.
